摘要
By means of analytic hierarchy process, expert interview method, field research method and summary evaluation method, this paper takes the operation situation of the gymnasiums of 8 universities in Dalian as the research object, investigating the current status of their resources and operation management. The social benefits and economic benefits are used as two first class index systems to evaluate the operation quality of the gymnasiums and the gymnasium profits as the secondary index system to set up the analytic hierarchy process.
