摘要

A three-dimensional refined model of composite lining of shield tunneling is built with finite element software based on Xijiang water diversion project in Guangzhou. Took the proposed composite lining as the basic model, the optimization on distribution range, stiffness of light material and the thickness of steel pipe were conducted, and the results were used in actual engineering. The results show that the maximal segment opening of composite lining is 0.361m. The joints are in elastic state and not appear plastic deformation, so segment without leakage. The optimal distribution range of light material is whole circumference and the suitable magnitude of elastic modulus of light material is 10-4times of the elastic modulus of segment. The optimal thickness of the steel pipe is 20mm. The conclusions of the optimization of lining material were used for practical engineering;it obtained good results and can provide a reference for similar projects.
