摘要

In order to improve the dechlorination efficiency of monochloroacetic acid (MCAA) by flim-supported zero-valent iron (ZVI), Poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) modified by adding titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles was prepared by phase inversion method as the support of ZVI. The modified PVDF films were characterized by measurement of contact angle, BET analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). TiO2 adding content was optimized through iron loading experiments and dechlorination of MCAA. The results show that the optimal TiO2 adding content is 1.0wt%; when TiO2 adding content is below 1.0wt%, the more TiO2 nanoparticles are added, the more hydrophilicity and specific surface area of support film are showed; when TiO2 adding content is above 1.0wt%, hydrophilicity and specific surface area of support film decrease with increase of TiO2 adding content because of assembling of TiO2 nanoparticles. The Dechlorination efficiency of MCAA with ZVI supported by PVDF-TiO2 film in 30 min reached 34.73%, which raised 23.53% more than with ZVI supported by unmodified PVDF film.
