摘要

Ninhydrin reacts with hydrogen peroxide to form a fluorescent compound and Cu2+ can increase the fluorescence intensity. Based on the linear response of the fluorescence intensity to the Cu2+ concentration,a novel method was established for determining Cu2+ with the detection Limit of 7.4 x 10(-12) g/mL. The linear range is 10(-11) similar to 1 x 10(-6) g/mL. The dynamics process of reaction and the appropriate conditions for the determination of Cu2+ were investigated. The method has been used for determination of trace copper(II) in human hair and codonopsis pilosula. The results obtained were in good agreement with that obtained by atomic absorption spectrometry.
