摘要

Electrochemical biosensor of amine-functionalized graphene (AG) for simultaneous detection of ascorbic acid (AA), dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) in human serum is reported in this study. The amine-functionalized graphene was obtained by ammoniated reaction on graphene oxide and was fabricated on glass carbon electrode as a sensing platform. High sensitivity and selectivity were obtained, and simultaneous electrochemical determination of AA, DA and UA displays linear response ranges of 1.5 x 10(-5)similar to 1.0 x 10(-3) M, 1.0 x 10(-7)similar to 1.0 x 10(-4) M and 1.2 x 10(-5)similar to 5.0 x 10(-2) M, respectively. The anode peak values for AA and DA, DA and UA, UA and AA, were 0.21 V, 0.18 V and 0.35 V, respectively. This finding demonstrates that the AG/GCE electrode can be used as a biosensor for detecting three analytes in human serum.
