摘要
A kind of non-sinusoidal oscillation technique of mold driven by elliptic gears has been developed. The functions of non- sinusoidal oscillation are deduced in this paper. Springs are adapted to absorb the shock during oscillation. The applications in factories show that this technique has notable effects not only in reducing the steel leaking and the depth of oscillation marks on the surface of the slab, but also in improving the quality of the surface of the slab and in enhancing the withdrawal speed.
