New additional data on the life history of Euchloe belemia hesperidum Rothschild, 1913 and Euchloe belemia grancanariensis Acosta, 2008 are provided and a new synonym for the latter taxon is proposed (Lepidoptera: Pieridae)

Known information about the life of E. belemia hesperidum Rothschild, 1913 and E. belemia grancanariensis Acosta, 2008 is expanded. The preimaginal stages are compared and several pictures of their caterpillars and pupae are provided. The first Hymenoptera parasitoids recorded for Euchloe belemia grancanariensis Acosta. 2008 are detailed: Cotesia glomerata (Linnaeus, 1758) and Microplitis sp. (Braconidae: Microgastrinae). Finally, Euchloe belemia grancanariensis Acosta, 2008 = Euchloe constantini Back, 2008 syn. n., is proposed.
