摘要

Objective: To assess the predictable value of strain rate imaging for multivessel coronary artery disease (CAD) without myocardial infarction. Methods: One hundred and eighteen patients without myocardial infarction were recruited, including 43 patients with multivessel disease (multivessel group), 32 with single vessel disease (single vessel group) and 43 no vessel disease (control group). The parameters included peak systolic S as well as SR (S P, SR S) measured, and the differences were analyzed among three groups. Results: The absolute values of S PI and SR SI significantly decreased in multivessel disease group compared with those of single vessel group and control group (P<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of an optimal cut-off value of >-15.0 for S PI or >-1.01 s -1 for SR SI to detect multivessel disease was 65.12 (28/43), 72.09 (31/43) and 90.67 (68/75), 74.67 (56/75), respectively. Conclusion: Strain rate imaging is an accurate method for the detection of multivessel CAD.
