摘要
Prior reports of conventional open abdominal aortic aneurysm repair in the setting of a horseshoe kidney have been challenging and complicated by renal infarction, neuralgia, and collecting system disruption. We aimed to demonstrate the efficacy of an alternative repair method consisting of visceral debranching followed by endovascular aneurysm repair. (J Vasc Surg 2013;57:1113-5.)
