We describe a fluorescence lifetime imaging endomicroscope employing a fibre bundle probe and time correlated single photon counting. Preliminary images of stained pollen grains, eGFP-labelled cells exhibitin. Forster resonant energy transfer and tissue autofluorescence are presented.
