The Trial Production of the Web Search Support System for Information Practical Use Capability Training in Elementary School Education

In recent years, the Internet is established as social intelligence infrastructure. And it is important that the huge information on the Internet is retrieved efficiently and can be used effectively when living a future information society. On the other hand, knowledge and experience are required for use of a general Web search service. Therefore, mastering is not easy for beginners and the children of an elementary school education who is going to grow familiar with an information technology. So, in this research, we solved the problem of the existing Web search service. And we made the Web search support system using the collaborative filtering technique as an experiment for support of information retrieval capability training. In this paper, we describe the outline of this system, and evaluate and consider the efficiency by the simulation and experiment.
