摘要

The available models can not describe water mass balance characteristic of PEMFC exactly when a part of oxygen of saturated air was consumed in catalyst layer for chemical reaction. In this paper, based on an available model, a new model provided can describe water transfer between gas-liquid more exactly, and water mass balance characteristic is improved greatly, in addition, calculated results of local and average polarization characteristics of cell from the new model and from the available model were compared. The results show, there are certain differences in the local and average polarization characteristics between the new model and the available model at large current density.
