摘要

The dependences of the mobilities in organic materials on the device size and temperature were calculated by using a Monte-Carlo simulation method. The mobilities in the organic materials as functions of the electric field for different device sizes showed that the mobilities at low electric fields decreased with increasing device size, resulting from an increase in the number of hopping sites and that those at higher electric fields were not affected by variations in the device size. The mobilities in the organic materials as functions of the electric field at various temperatures showed that the mobilities under low electric fields were affected by the temperature and that those under high electric fields were independent of the temperature. While the mobilities below 250 K increased with increasing temperature, those above 250 K became saturated.
