摘要

A multi-objective dynamic optimal dispatch model considering wind power penetration is proposed. In this model, fuel consumption, emission of atmospheric pollutants and power purchase are taken as the objectives and the influence of actual operation characteristics of pumped storage generator set on optimal dispatch is taken into account. To solve the model, the normal boundary intersection (NBI) method based on the quasi normal method is introduced to transform this multi-objective problem into a series of single objective optimization problems, and hence a series of uniform distributed Pareto optimal sets are obtained by means of the prime-dual interior point method. The entropy-weighted double base points method is applied to get a comprehensive optimal solution to provide a guidance decision for operators. Computational results on a real provincial power system demonstrate that the multi-objective dynamic optimal dispatch problem can be solved rapidly and efficiently based on combining NBI method and entropy-weighted double base points method.
