摘要

A new method of direct chemiluminescent imaging to detect proteins separated by polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis was established. This method has been applied to the separation and detection of hemoglobins in erythrocyte of healthy voluntary people and umbilical cord blood. Serum proteins were also detected using hemoglobin as probe. Compared with the traditional Coomassie brilliant blue R250 stain method, direct chemiluminescent imaging offers a fast, convenient and inexpensive method with high sensitivity and selectivity. Furthermore, the effect of human serum albumin on the electrophoretic result of the hemoglobin was studied. The chemiluminescent imaging conditions have been optimized in the experiment.
