摘要
To improve quality of service (QoS) of secondary users, promote system performance for cognitive radio (CR) networks, this paper proposes a spectrum handoff scheme based on interval Mamdani fuzzy inference. According to analyze and model spectrum handoff process, we define spectrum handoff factors to select optimal spectrum holes. To shorten inferring time, an improved fuzzy inference approach named interval Mamdani fuzzy inference method is presented. Simulation results show that our proposed scheme can significantly improve the forced termination probability, retransmission probability and spectrum resource effective utilization.
