Dynamic analysis of decision of integration and disintegration on the view of knowledge

On the basis of the knowledge-based theory of the firm, this paper built up a dynamic optimal model about the decision of integration and disintegration of business activity to study how knowledge factors influence the integration and disintegration decision of business activity based on specification analysis. The results show that the core degree of knowledge, losing degree of knowledge and efficiency of knowledge creating are positive interrelated to the integration degree of business activity. Finally, it draws a systematic frame diagram to help the enterprise to make decision of integration and disintegration.
