摘要
In a meta-analysis, 6 patients with acute myocardial infarction, and without diabetes mellitus, who had glucose concentrations in the range 6.1-8.0 mmol/l or higher had a 3.9-fold [95% confidence interval (CI) 2.9-to 5.4-fold] higher risk of death than patients who had lower glucose concentrations. Glucose concentrations higher than values in the range of 8.0-10.0 mmol/l on admission were associated with increased risk of congestive heart failure or cardiogenic shock.Myocardial infarction
