摘要
A novel printed antenna having dual frequency band-notched functions for ultra-wideband applications is proposed and studied. The antenna consists of a rectangular radiating patch with a staircase structure symmetrically in the bottom. With a pair of C-shaped slots and a U-shaped slot introduced on the radiating patch, two frequency-notched responses at 3.5/5.5 GHz are obtained. And, good radiation patterns and gains within the operating band have been observed.
