摘要
We report a facile and efficient method, nanochannel-confined galvanic displacement, to fabricate uniform and controllable CuInSe2 nanotube arrays using the porous Au-coated anodic aluminium oxide template with a narrow ring-shaped Al foil surrounding on its outside edge. This method provides a new approach for fabricating nanotube arrays.
