摘要
The synthesis of hydrazone derivatives containing thiazole unit was achieved with condensation of thiosemicarbazones and omega-bromoacetophenone at room temperature. This mild, convenient, and efficient method affords the desired products with good to excellent yields. Their structures have been determined by X-ray diffractional analysis, (1)H-NMR, MS, elemental analysis, and IR. Thiosemicarbazones were prepared by the condensation of thiosemicarbazide with aldehydes or ketones.
