摘要
Bronchogenic cysts are aberrations of normal development throughout the embryonic foregut; abdominal or retroperitoneal presentations are rare. They will often present a diagnostic dilemma because their appearance can mimic other, more common diagnoses. The initial work-up, differential diagnosis, management, and follow-up may present clinical challenges. We present 1 case of an adrenal lesion and 1 case of a pancreatic lesion that were revealed to be retroperitoneal bronchogenic cysts after surgical extirpation. Arch Surg. 2010;145(3):302-304
