摘要

A coordination control approach for air-conditioner loads (ACLs) was proposed to smooth the microgrid tie-line power fluctuations based on the market equilibrium mechanism. First, the formulation of target aggregated power of ACLs was derived, which explores the importance of baseline load estimation in the control of ACLs. A baseline load correction method was then proposed based on feedback of the states of indoor temperature with ACLs, which improved the robustness of the control method. Second, a distributed control method to allocate the target aggregated power to each ACL was proposed by employing the market-based control. This method can satisfy customers'differentiated requirements for comfort, protect the privacy and enhance the security of the controlled appliances. For the control center, this method can simplify the downlink control and avoid measuring the power of uncontrolled loads which effectively reduce the implementation cost. Last, simulation results were given which consider different control settings, different wind power proportions as well as communication delays and loss of packages.
