In the title compound, C25H23N3O5S, a bifurcated intramolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot O,N hydrogen bond helps to establish the molecular conformation. The dihedral angles between the oxadiazole ring and its adjacent benzene rings are 24.50 ( 19) and 12.20 (18)degrees.
