A switching aperiodic superhigh-voltage pulse generator for testing the electric strength of insulation of technical objects

摘要

An outdoor high-power stationary generator, which forms standard switching aperiodic high- and superhigh-voltage pulses of a 250 mu s/2500 mu s time form with tolerances normalized in accordance with the interstate GOST 1516.2-97 at an actively-inductive load, is described. The descriptions of design and structural solutions are given, which allow one to obtain in field conditions aperiodic positive-polarity voltage pulses with the time T (rs) a parts per thousand 205 mu s of reaching their amplitude U (m) up to 2 MV and with the 0.5U (m) -level pulse time tau(pl) a parts per thousand 1900 mu s at a long discharge air gap of the needle-plane two-electrode system.
