Elaticarina Sheng, gen. n. and Eaticarina recava Sheng, sp.n., belonging to the tribe Gravenhorstiini of subfamily Anomaloninae (Hymenoptera, Ichneumonidae), collected in Jiangxi Province, China, are described. The new genus is placed within existing keys to genera.
