摘要

Mass customization is a kind of advanced mode of production, which uses the mode of mass production to produce the customization products. In order to enhance the efficiency on the inspection of manufacturing quality for customized products, an automatic inspection planning scheme for parts is proposed. The proposed scheme adopts the technology of tabular layouts of article characteristic (TLAC), the principle of automatic inspection planning for parts. We take flange coupling as the test case to validate the proposed inspection planning scheme, which can generate the inspection planning for customized parts quickly and accurately.
