Hydrogel superabsorbents as microelement carriers

Two corn. hydro gels were used as sorbents of Cu(II), Zn(II), Mn(II) and Fe(III) ions from their aq. solns. in the presence of Na N-(1,2-dicarboxyethylene)-D-L-aspartate under static conditions to det. kinetic and adsorption parameters of the sorption at changing pH and concn. of metals. The hydrogels can be applied in modern agriculture.
