摘要
The aim of the paper is to construct a kind of new strengthening buffer operator that is suitable for non-equigap GM(1,1) model, and the examples have shown that the new strengthening buffer operator can enhance the forecasting simulation precision of non-equigap GM(1,1) in shock disturbed system. The strengthening new buffer operator has certain usability and validity. This paper provides methods for solving the contradiction between quantitative forecasting results and qualitative analysis conclusion.
