The Conflict between Chinese and Western Culture and the Cultivation of Intercultural Communicative Competence

With the strengthening of international communications, the collision of different cultures in communication is becoming more and more intense. In this paper, the development of culture conflict in western culture and cross-cultural communicative competences were introduced; how to deal with cultural conflicts problems in communication was analyzed; the cultivation of the intercultural communication competence based on the cultural conflict between China and the West was established; the English teaching was taken as an example, and the training scheme was analyzed. The results show that the training scheme can solve the problems of the intercultural communication under the background of the cultural conflict.
