The undeveloped infrastructure construction has become one of the key factors and primary problems restricting economic of western China, and financing plays a crucial role in the infrastructure construction. This article analyzed the actuality and problems of the financing for infrastructure in western China, studied and put forward proposals on the development strategy so as to promote sustained, rapid and healthy economic development of the west.
