摘要

In this paper, a referenced voltage of 711mV CMOS band-gap referenced circuit with supply voltage of 0.9V is proposed and implemented. The current differential amplifier is used to replace the voltage differential amplifier to avoid the use of resistors. The start-up circuit with capacitor version of voltage division is used to decrease power dissipation. The implement results show that 4.3mV referenced voltage variation while the supply voltage variation from 0.9V to 1.1V. The referenced voltage variation is 2mV while temperature variation is -20 degrees C to 120 degrees C. The power dissipation of this circuit is 15.28 mu W. The active area of this circuit is 189 mu mx120 mu m.
