摘要

In this paper, based on non-Fourier heat conduction equation, employing the image method and the wave function expansion method, the multiple scattering of thermal waves resulting from a subsurface spheroid in semi-infinite exponentially graded materials is investigated. According to the wave equation of heat conduction, a general solution of scattered thermal waves is presented for the first time. The effects of different physical parameters on the distribution of temperature are analyzed. The thermal waves are excited on the surface of opaque materials by modulated optical beams. The spheroidal defect is taken as a spheroidal cavity under thermal insulation condition.
