摘要

In order to obtain the reasonable admixture ratio of high concentration cementation backfilling materials in coal mine, taking Xinyang coal mine as the research object, based on the requirement of backfilling materials and present situation of high concentration cementation backfilling, this paper researched the effect of admixture dosage range on filling slurry performance and the mutual influence of deflocculant A, early strength agent B and water reducer C. The results showed that the optimal proportion of deflocculant A, early strength agent B and water reducer C were 3‰, 0.3‰and 0.7‰(standard was the total quantity of cement). When the admixture kept the optimal proportion, the mobility of slurry was good;the basic bleeding rate, slump and slump flow were moderate;the sedimentation did not occur;the stripping time was 8 hours;the final setting time was 12 hours. The addition of admixture effectively improved the mobility and early strength of filling materials, which met the actual production needs in Xinyang coal mine.
