摘要

An analytical method was developed to detect residues of mebendazol and its metabolites in fish and shrimp with high performance liquid chromatography-UV detector. The mebendazol and its metabolites were extracted with water and ethyl acetate, defatted with hexane, and purified on a MCX solid phase extraction column. It was studied by sample pre-treating method. The purification efficiency and accurancy of solid phase extraction columns were studied. The recoveries of mebendazol and its metabolites were in the range of 81.4%~95.3% at spiked levels of 5.0~200.0 μg/kg. The relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.9%~8.6%. The linear range of the method was from 10 ng/mL to 2000 ng/mL. The limits of detection for the method are 5.0 μg/kg, 5.0 μg/kg and 10.0 μg/kg for mebendazol, hydoxymebendazole and aminomebendazole, respectively.
