摘要

In a supporting electrolyte containing NH3-NH4Cl, a reduction peak of nimodipine (NMD) was obtained by linear-sweep voltammetry at Hg electrode. The peak showed a potential of - 0.62 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) and adsorptive characteristics. The adsorbed species was most probably neutral molecule of NMD. The saturated adsorption amount of NMD at Hg electrode was 1.49 x 10(-10) mol/cm(2) and every NMD molecule occupied 1.11 nm(2) On the surface of HMDE, the adsorption of NMD obeys Frumkin adsorption isotherm. The adsorption coefficient beta, the attactive factor gamma and the adsorption free energy were 4.32 x 10(5), 0.46 and Delta G(0) is -32.24 kJ/mol, respectively. The number of electrons transferred per NMD molecule n was 4 and the dynamical parameter alpha n(alpha) of the irreversible adsorptive system of NMD was 1.10. The mechanism of electyrochemical reduction of NMD at Hg electrode was explored. The detection limit of the adsorptive stripping voltammetry of NMD was 1.0 x 10(-9) mol/L under optimized condition.
