摘要

In this work, we synthesized two blue fluorescent materials based on 2-(9,9-diethyl-2-vinyl9H- fluoren-7-yl)-1,4-diphenyltriphenylene. To investigate their electroluminescent (EL) properties, multilayered devices were fabricated with the following sequence; indium-tin-oxide (ITO) (180 nm)/N, N'-di(1-naphthyl)-N, N'-diphenyl-(1,1'-biphenyl)-4,4'-diamine (NPB) (50 nm)/Blue materials (30 nm)/bathophenanthroline (Bphen) (30 nm)/8-hydroxy-quinolinato lithium (Liq) (2 nm)/Al (100 nm). All devices exhibited blue emissions. Especially, a device using N-(4-((E'-2-(9,9-diethyl2-( 1,4-diphenyltriphenylen-3-yl)-9H-fluoren-7-yl) vinyl) phenyl)-N-phenylbenzenamine as a emitter exhibited sky-blue emission with luminous efficiency, power efficiency, external quantum efficiency, and Commission International de L'clairage (CIE) coordinates of 2.79 cd/A, 1.28 lm/W, 2.04% at 20 mA/cm2, and (0.18, 0.25) at 6.0 V, respectively. This study demonstrates that arylamine-substituted 2-(9,9-diethyl-2-vinyl-9H-fluoren-7-yl)-1,4-diphenyltriphenylene derivatives have the properties of efficient blue organic light-emitting diodes.
