摘要

The rheological properties of carboxymethyl cellulose acetate butyrate water dispersions(WD) have been investigated. Experiments including effect of solvent system, solid content, temperature and neutralization degree on viscosity, thixotropy loop, dynamic viscoelasticity were conducted. The results show that viscosity of WD increases as proportion of solvent/water decreased. Viscosity inceases remarkably before neutralization degree reaches 50%, then it increases slowly. WD is positive thixotropy fluid. The thixotropy increases with solid content and neutralization degree increased, but it decreases as temperature increase. WD is viscous fluid at low solid content and neutralization degree. As these increased, WD begins to form instable gel structure. The thixotropy loop, G′, G″and η* of WD increase with neutralization degree increased. When the neutralization degree exceeds 50%, these above factors increase slowly.
