In this paper we give a necessary condition for a pseudo-differential operator on to be invertible. In case , we also find a sufficient condition for invertibility of these operators and a formula for the symbol of the inverse operator. This formula helps us to get a sufficient condition for those operators to be unitary. Finally as an application of our results we get some information about the spectrum of a pseudo-differential operator on .
