Atomic and molecular processes for Li chemistry are examined for low temperature plasma such as peripheral plasmas in fusion research laboratory devices. Particle abundances of Li. Li ions, LiN and LiH ion are calculated by solving rate equations in which all reactions of the Li chemistry are considered for low temperature plasma.
