The title compound, C40H30N4O4 center dot C3H7NO, is an O-hydroxy Schiff base. The molecule, which lies on a symmetry centre, exists as an enol-imine tautomer, in which two independent intramolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bonds are formed.
