摘要

This report is intended to discuss strategic management evaluation about Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts' current situation and future development. This paper identifies the sources of competitive advantage at Four Seasons and strategic challenges facing the company on its expansion plan. To better understand the situation, some management models are adopted. SPP model will be used to analyze Four Seasons' competitive advantages and linkage with the superior performance. Porter's five forces and PESTLID analysis could help to understand the current challenges from the perspective of hospitality industry. Lastly, value chain analysis and Ansoff's growth strategy are introduced to explore Four Seasons' development potential.
