摘要

Based on the theory of market orientation, existing hospital market orientation scales and individual interviews with non-profit-hospital executives and management scholars, we generate the items pool to develop the draft of market orientation scale in non-profit-hospital industry in China. Data are obtained from 102 hospitals and items in the scale are purified through exploratory factor analysis(EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) to enhance the reliability and validity. The final scale includes 5 dimensions and 21 items.
