摘要
the MOCVD technique was applied for obtaining TiO2 nanostructures on copper sheets. For the TiO2 growth, the precursors used were titanium isopropoxide Ti (OCH (CH3)(2))(4) as Ti and O source, Ferrocene Fe (C5H5)(2) as catalyst, and N-2 as carrier gaz. Different TiO2 nanostructures are obtained, by varying the time growth and the temperature growth, by varying the substrate, and when using or not of the catalyst. In this paper, it is presented some highly nanostrucwred TiO2 surfaces (like columns, mushrooms, a blanket of conifers) obtained when using as substrate, a copper sheet (used as electrode for electrochemical experiments). The TiO2 nanostructures were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
