摘要
We treated a 54-year-old man who presented with a massive mass on his temple. The mass was excised completely and sent to a pathologist. Histopathologic analysis indicated that the mass was a fibrolipoma.
Fibrolipoma is a rare subtype of lipoma, and no report of a massive fibrolipoma of the temple has been reported previously. In this study, we provide detailed information and discuss the differential diagnosis of a very large facial mass.
