摘要
Considerable attention has been attracted to nanoporous gold (NPG) due to its potential application in enzyme-free glucose sensor. In this paper, NPG catalysts were prepared by dealloying in concentrated HNO3. With the increase of dealloying time, the residue Ag content decreases. NPG with nanopores of smaller size can be obtained at lower dealloying temperatures. In PBS solutions which approach to the real physiological state, the NPG catalysts exhibit obvious electrocatalyticactivity towards the oxidation of glucose. Glucose is more likely to be oxidized at the NPG catalysts with less residue Ag, higher specific surface area and smaller nanopores.
