摘要

This paper focuses on analysis a real organisation's strategic human resource management. VACRO organisation was established in 1872. The strategic human resource management issues raised in this case is human resource outsourcing. Human resource outsourcing is one of the most significant forces affect human resource management via gaining more competitive advantages. In order to develop organization performance, strategic human resource management must be evaluated in terms of how they contribute to the achievement of the organization's strategic business objective, such as: being measurable, including deadline dates for accomplishment, identifying and involving the hr customers to ensure the necessary collaboration, nominating the individuals or parties responsible for implementation.
