We define the a"mu(1.5)-chain condition. The corresponding forcing axiom is a generalization of Martin's Axiom; in fact, implies . Also, implies certain uniform failures of club-guessing on omega (1) that do not seem to have been considered in the literature before. We show, assuming CH and given any regular cardinal kappa a parts per thousand yen omega (2) such that for all A mu < kappa and such that a <"({alpha < kappa: cf(alpha) a parts per thousand yen omega (1)}) holds, that there is a proper a"mu(2)-c.c. partial order of size kappa forcing together with MA (<kappa) (1.5) .
