摘要

In order to overcome the problem of large volume data and limited network bandwidth in stereoscopic video transmission, this paper proposes a packet multiplexing real-time multi-view video transmission system. After compressing the multi-view data with H. 264/AVC, the system multiplexes the packets in two IP links and realizes the real-time transmission of stereoscopic video over the packet loss network. In packet-based video transmission, the packet loss is inevitable which will severely impact the stereoscopic video quality. This paper proposes an error concealment algorithm jointing temporal and inter-view prediction. Finally, the experimental results demonstrate that the proposed error concealment algorithm can improve the stereoscopic decoding quality greatly.
