摘要
Through the application and practice research of modern information technology in College Physical Education Teaching, we think that the use of modern information technology in the auxiliary P.E. teaching is reasonable, which reflects the modernization of sports teaching. Given that it has some certain value in improving the effectiveness of P.E. teaching and promoting the reform of college physical education teaching methods, the practice of modern information technology in college physical education teaching is worth learning and promotion.
